TENNESSEE FIREWORKS ASSOCIATION
OPERATIONS
The Association is for the combined benefit of both 1.3g and 1.4g fireworks manufacturers, distributors, vendors, users and spectators with equal emphasis upon any one facet or identity.
The association is governed by member elected officers who serve without pay.
An Association Annual Meeting will be held each January in a city selected by the Board of Directors.
Association conferences, educational classes and other functions also may be held at locations selected by the Board.
All members are invited to participate in committees as may be formed such as Legal Affairs, Safety, Site Location and Newsletter.
Sponsorship of an Association funded PAC to work with state government has been established.
The Association is incorporated as a 501-C-6 non-profit corporation under IRS rules to permit tax deductible dues and sponsorships to the extent provided by law.
